Choose the right route

Raise sign-in problems, broken pages, missing portfolio information, billing issues, suspicious accounts or conduct affecting your use of Tickif. For stolen photographs, impersonation, exposed private information or unlawful content, read the Takedown policy. For account data or rights requests, read Privacy.

A bug, payment complaint and content-removal notice need different evidence. State which you are raising. You do not need an account to raise a safety or rights concern about public content.

Support and grievance contact

For service problems, email Contact@tickif.com. Opening the email link does not send a message; review what you share before sending. Tickif operates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

For grievance enquiries, use Contact@tickif.com. Grievance officer name, designation and postal address: pending confirmation.

The formal grievance details must be published and monitored before this becomes an operational grievance policy. The contact email does not identify a statutory grievance officer or confirm a dedicated privacy/copyright-notice handling process. There is no submission form here. Preparing details, visiting this page or opening a policy link does not submit a complaint or generate a reference. A missing formal contact does not remove statutory rights or duties.

What to include

  • A short subject, such as “Login error”, “Incorrect subscription charge” or “Impersonation”.
  • The exact Tickif URL and relevant project, image, profile, invoice or payment reference.
  • What happened, what you expected, when it happened and the timezone. For bugs, add reproduction steps, browser and device.
  • Helpful screenshots or evidence, with passwords, OTPs, unrelated private messages and personal details removed.
  • A safe reply address and the outcome sought. Explain your authority or relationship if reporting for someone else.

For billing complaints, provide the amount, date and transaction reference. Never include full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords. For privacy concerns, describe the information category rather than unnecessarily duplicating sensitive data.

Urgent safety and fraud

For immediate danger in India, call the government’s 112 emergency service. For online financial fraud, promptly contact your bank or payment provider and use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or the official financial-fraud helpline 1930. Tickif is not an emergency service; do not wait for a platform reply before protecting yourself.

For intimate imagery, exploitation, impersonation or risks to a child, preserve the URL without downloading or redistributing harmful material. Mark the concern urgent when using a functioning channel. Takedown policy explains the statutory categories and deadlines.

How reports should be handled

The proposed process is to acknowledge receipt with a reference, classify the report, preserve relevant evidence, request only necessary information, review it and communicate the outcome. Replies should explain actions, reasons for declining requests where lawful, and a review route. An acknowledgement is not a guarantee of a particular fix or refund.

Statutory clocks run from receipt under applicable law; asking for evidence must not be used to postpone them. Takedown policy records intermediary categories. Where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to a purchase complaint, acknowledgement is required within 48 hours and redress within one month. These duties are not proof of an existing staffed Tickif grievance operation.

Review and escalation

If a response misses the issue, use the published channel with the reference, the decision challenged and new evidence. Internal review should consider substance without requiring repeated evidence. Do not submit abusive or knowingly false reports.

For eligible intermediary decisions or missed resolution deadlines, see Takedown policy. Consumer concerns may also go to the government’s National Consumer Helpline on 1915, a competent consumer commission or court. Using Tickif’s process does not waive those remedies or extend legal deadlines.

How report information is used

Reports should reach only people who need them for support, moderation, safety, compliance or fair review. Relevant allegations may need to be shared with the affected professional while limiting unnecessary personal details. A legal notice cannot always remain confidential where disclosure is legally required.

Privacy describes handling and retention. Removing a public page does not necessarily erase investigation evidence required by law.
