Using Tickif

Tickif helps people discover real architecture, construction and interior projects, save inspiration, find professionals and send enquiries. It also provides portfolio publishing and workspace tools for professionals and their teams. These terms cover features that link to them. Read them with our Privacy policy and Takedown policy.

Operated by: Tickif, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Contact Contact@tickif.com for company and support enquiries. Legal entity name and registered address: pending confirmation. “Tickif”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator. “You” means the individual using Tickif or the organisation they are authorised to represent. Report a problem explains what to include when contacting us.

After adoption, creating an account or expressly accepting the terms at checkout forms an agreement with that operator. A privacy notice explains data use; accepting these terms is not blanket consent for unrelated processing or marketing.

Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. If you manage a business profile, team or subscription, you must have authority to represent that business. Keep your contact information, professional credentials and business details accurate.

Use your own phone number, email or authorised sign-in account. Keep access secure, never share one-time passwords, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorise, including team actions within assigned permissions. This does not excuse failures in Tickif’s own security or remove statutory rights.

Professionals and enquiries

Designers are independent professionals. Tickif does not design, construct, supervise or inspect your home. Sending an enquiry does not book a consultation or create a construction contract. Agree scope, fees, taxes, milestones, cancellation terms and warranties directly with the professional before starting work or paying them.

Check references, qualifications, required licences, permissions and written estimates. A profile badge, portfolio, rating or paid plan does not guarantee workmanship, safety, availability or regulatory approval. Professionals remain responsible for their claims and their obligations to clients.

Enquiries share the information you choose to provide with the selected professional and authorised workspace members. They may contact you about that enquiry. Do not submit another person’s contact details without permission or use enquiries for bulk marketing. A response, quote or successful engagement is not guaranteed.

Your content and our permission

You retain ownership of your photographs, drawings, project descriptions, reviews and other submissions. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Obtain relevant permissions from clients, occupants, photographers and other rights holders. Designing a room or owning a home does not automatically give you copyright in its photographs.

You grant Tickif a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process and display your content to operate the service, with access limited by the feature’s intended audience. This includes producing suitable image sizes and formats, applying platform watermarks or embedded identifiers, indexing public portfolios and using service providers for those tasks. It does not transfer copyright or authorise selling your photographs as stock images.

Users can view, link to and save public content within Tickif. Saving an idea does not authorise commercial republication. Private records and enquiries are not made public merely because you use Tickif. A separate advertising campaign or training a general-purpose AI model would require an appropriate separate permission or lawful basis; this clause grants neither.

After removal, this permission ends for ongoing public display, subject to copies needed for backups, security, disputes or legal retention. Downloaded copies and external search caches may remain outside our control. See Privacy for retention and requests.

Community standards

Use Tickif honestly and respect people’s work, safety and privacy. You must not:

  • Publish stolen portfolios, fabricated qualifications, fake reviews, misleading before-and-after images or undisclosed paid endorsements.
  • Upload unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or sexually exploitative material, or expose private addresses, identity documents or contact details without a valid reason and appropriate permission.
  • Impersonate a person or business, solicit fraudulent payments, send spam, distribute malware or evade restrictions through another account.
  • Break access controls, collect private data, overload the service or scrape and reuse material in breach of rights or law.
  • Present an AI-generated concept, render or materially altered image as a photograph of a completed real project. Describe conceptual and synthetic work clearly and preserve required labels and provenance.

Genuine criticism or disagreement is not, by itself, grounds to remove a review. Reviews should describe your experience without unsupported accusations or unrelated private information.

Plans and payments

Free and paid plans have the features and limits shown on pricing and checkout screens. Review the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms and limits before confirming a purchase. Tickif subscription payments use Razorpay where available. Professional fees agreed outside Tickif are separate.

A recurring paid subscription renews under the mandate you expressly authorise at checkout. An authorised owner or billing administrator can request cancellation through billing controls. Check for confirmation: a pending request is not payment-provider confirmation. Confirmed cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the paid period ends, subject to the billing disclosure and applicable law.

Cancellation does not automatically erase workspace data or reverse a completed charge. For duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges, or service failures, use Report a problem with the invoice or payment reference. Refunds are assessed against purchase terms, facts and consumer law. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule or waiver of statutory remedies. Refund decisions and processing status should be communicated separately from cancellation.

The current early-bird offer grants an eligible organisation one three-calendar-month paid-plan trial without a card or payment mandate. Claims close at 00:00 Asia/Kolkata on 1 January 2027. A trial returns to the free Hobby plan at expiry and does not automatically charge you. A later paid plan requires fresh explicit checkout. Excess resources may become unavailable under the free plan while data follows the applicable retention lifecycle.

Moderation and ending access

We may request changes, restrict visibility, remove content or suspend access for breaches, security risks or legal requirements. Where lawful and safe, we should explain the reason and how to seek review. Urgent action may precede notice. The Takedown policy covers content complaints; Report a problem covers account and service concerns.

Repeated infringement, fraud or restriction evasion can lead to termination. Decisions should consider evidence and seriousness: an accusation is not proof. Restrictions do not automatically determine a refund or resolve a designer’s separate contract.

You may stop using Tickif at any time. Organisation closure, content removal and personal account deletion are separate. Transfer necessary ownership and cancel a paid renewal before leaving a workspace. Privacy explains controls and the proposed request process.

Responsibility and disputes

Maintenance, provider failures and technical problems can interrupt the service. Portfolio information and estimates are not structural, legal, financial or safety advice. Seek qualified advice where needed.

Each party remains responsible for its conduct and legal obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or wilful misconduct, or waives consumer rights. Listing a professional does not make Tickif responsible for performing their separate contract; Tickif remains responsible for its own service and legal duties.

Indian law governs these proposed terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Competent courts, consumer commissions and statutory grievance mechanisms remain available. These terms impose no compulsory private arbitration or exclusive court in an unconfirmed city. Contacting us first may help, but does not waive remedies or extend limitation periods.

Updates and contact

Material changes should carry a revised date and appropriate notice before taking effect. Editing this page does not authorise a new charge or payment mandate.

For support, billing, company or grievance enquiries, email Contact@tickif.com. Legal entity name, registered address, grievance officer name, designation and postal address: pending confirmation. No effective date has been set. Report a problem explains how to prepare a complaint. A formal grievance and rights-request handling process has not been confirmed.

Indian legal references

Clear purchase consent and preserved consumer remedies are informed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and CCPA dark-pattern guidance. Applicability depends on the operator and actual services. The government’s September 2026 announcement describes further e-commerce amendments commencing on 1 January 2027; those require a launch-readiness review.
